Champagne Allouchery-Perseval is located in Ecueil in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Its classified Premier Cru vineyard is traditionally planted on the hillsides in narrow vines with a density of about 9000 feet per hectare.
In the face of an environmental emergency, they have been striving for several years to reduce their impact on natural environments (air and water) by adopting reasoned viticulture.
This includes a reasoned fight against diseases and vine pests and establishing alternatives to chemical weed control such as grass and tillage.
Champagne Allouchery-Perseval vineyard is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
Emanuelle Allouchery comes from 4 generations of winemakers. After his studies in Champagne and Burgundy, he worked for wineries in New Zealand and South Africa before moving back to his family estate in 2006.
